Kids at an Arizona high school are going all high tech, as their teachers have decided to replace their paper books with state-of-the-art laptops.
Empire High School in the US has given all its pupils Apple iBooks to use in lessons and for their homework.
The new technology means teachers don't have to stick to the textbooks in lessons, but can pick material from all over the internet.
Instead of spending cash on new textbooks, the school simply used it for the laptops.
Book lovers are still catered for though, as the school still has a traditional paper library.
Do you think pen and paper will die out?Which one do you prefer? A laptop or a book?

I think it is very good that we use the advanced technology because we can learn new things but I believe that we shouldn't forget paper and book because we succeeded when we use all of them together.

i prefer computer instead of book because computer is easier and faster than book.but books are pen friends and sometimes has good infomation it's my idea and almost it's not right.

hi!in my opinion books and pens are better than computers.because we can carry books and pens eisier than computers.and we can take them every where.and maby everybody can't buy computers and so what can poor people do?and i think if we always use computer we will forget how to write and it's very bad if we use computer instead of books and pens!!!!(and of course in my opinion)

I prefer a lab tab because it is better than a book. Book is older than lab tab. We can type our homework by world and learn our lessons by computer.
We think pens and papers cannot die out.because there are some thing that we shoud learn them on paper and student prefer to use paper but sometimes for some of lesseons it is more injoyable to use laptop or something like that.
we think the paper and pen never die because nothing can be like them. but sometimes for some activities it's better to use the new technology and it can develope the quality of learning. and on the other hands we won't cut the trees for paper.
I like the laptop because whentechnology grow up that we use from new technology & when we use laptop we can save much more time but paper and pen never die.

Pen and paper won't die out. I think that if every body who loves books; he or she can go to the library and spend cash on new text book. I prefer a laptop. Because it's really good if our school give us a laptop to use in lessons.
I think it will help us more and all the students love art laptops.
I agree with laptop because when I go to school just have one bag and in the bag there is my laptop but when I have a pen, book and … it is very hard for me to go to school. Because they are heavy.

I like the students use by laptop in class because the work is doing early and minute. But this have a problem that the students should the more time is on the computer and they don’t be near their family.

In my idea we never can forget paper and pen because we grow up with them and nobody can’t make us forget pen and paper.
I think us laptop is better, although it is good to keep traditional habit live, but technology is developing.
