Lack of sleep 'makes you fatter' بی خوابی باعث چاقی می شود

Not getting enough sleep could be one of the main reasons more and more kids are becoming overweight.
An expert in obesity reckons kids are staying up later playing computer games and watching TV in their rooms.

But he says a lack of sleep makes you want to eat sugary food to give you energy - and that piles on the weight.

Not getting enough kip also makes you tired, meaning you're less likely to want to do the exercise which would keep your weight down.

Dr Shahrad Taheri said the chemicals our bodies make to control things like how hungry we feel are affected by how much we sleep.

He reckons one of the first steps towards fighting the problem is taking gadgets, TVs, computers and consoles, out of your bedroom to encourage you to get your head down.

I've slept less than 7 hours for maybe 3 years but I dont seem to be FAT!!! perhaps your next research shows how to sleep a little and be thin.

and i will try to sleep well tonight and every night but
one day you told us that you are awake to work on this weblog and i advise you to sleep well and it is not Necessary to work on this weblog(take it easy). you can do a very easier work,do you know what is it?

I think this text isn't true because I am awake until 12 p.m but I'm not fat.
I think that's better that you show this text to other teacher that they give us less exercise.

I want to: I am a fatter girl. I am a tin girl and it is makes from me not beautiful girl. I think: I can lack of sleep to I am a fatter girl. I eat many foods but I can't fat. So I must always a sleepy.

Sometimes I am awake until1 1 A.M .but I am thin. Why?!
if I become fat for lack of sleep, It is very good .Because after, my mother was not saying to me :eat!

We agree with this idea that the lack of sleep makes, we want to eat sugary and energetic foods. But there are many after ways that make us fatter. Lick watching television a hot not do the exercise and also some of illness.

Our bodies need enough sleep. Lock of sleep conse to destor our mental and physical enerjy. So,we need a lot of food this cause to increas our wieht.

Until this time that I read this story, I think lack of sleep makes us thinner. it means not getting enough sleep could be one of the main reasons for becoming thin and weak.
Because I’m very thin and I don’t sleep a lot during the day.
For example I go to my bed at 12:30 at midnight and I always get up early at 4:30 or 5 o’ clock in the morning.
And I don’t sleep in the afternoon too. My lack of sleep is a lot but I ‘m very thin instead of I’m fat.

In my idea perhaps lack of sleep makes you fatter but sleep makes you fatter because when some people sleeping in fact they have not any activity and when they wake up to eat food but never some people weren’t fat and aren’t fat and won’t fat for example my dad.

I think it is so good that use laptops instead of papers but its just interesting for some activities and some times for students it's much better to use pen and paper but generally we like to use it as a hobby.

I think there are a lot of things that make us fat . I believe that the lack of sleep is one of the most important things. Because may be if we don't have enough sleep it can change our diet.

nowadays the children instead runnig,play with ball etc they play with computer and watch TV,so they haven't health bodies that one of their problem is becoming fat.

I agree whit him but i think more sleep is as less sleep because more sleep cause you have not mobility and be come fat as a result every things is good that is normal
